See you again in 2027!
On 31 October was the last day of Sofia DocuMental's online edition. The next, eighth edition, Sofia DocuMental 2027, will take place from 30 September to 10 October, once again bringing to Bulgaria the most significant documentary titles, with a focus on human rights, social change and the outstanding achievements of women filmmakers from around the world.
Sofia DocuMental 2026 was made possible with the support of the National Culture Fund, the National Film Center, Sofia Municipality, foreign cultural institutes and diplomatic missions in Bulgaria, as well as key media partners.
