Co-existence, My Ass! follows Israeli activist and comedian Noam Shuster Eliassi as she creates her stand-up show of the same name. Filmed over five turbulent years, the documentary captures her personal and political transformation. Raised in the only mixed Palestinian-Israeli community in the country, Noam becomes disillusioned with traditional peace activism and turns to satire to expose painful truths. Through comedy, she shows that another reality is possible – even when everything around her is falling apart.
