CALL FOR FILMMAKERS working on human rights-related projects!
Special announcement!
Sofia DocuМental is launching a call for filmmakers, who are working on documentary projects related to human rights and investigation. The workshop will be led by the director of The Trial: The State of Russia vs Oleg Sentsov – Askold Kurov.
The participants will have the chance to discuss the specifics of their projects both in a group and individually with the mentor. Askold Kurov will also give a special masterclass on his film The Trial: The State of Russia vs Oleg Sentsov. The idea is to share knowledge and tools for projects that will spread freedom of speech and promote human rights, both in their home countries and beyond. The workshop will take place on 12th December (Saturday) in Zoom.
Application process:
Please, send to documental@documental.bg a one-page description of your project and a CV.
Deadline for application: 09th December
The workshop will be conducted in English.
Participation is free of charge.
