A SONG WITHOUT HOME

Rati Tsiteladze / 2026 / 75’ / Georgia

After being hidden from the outside world by her parents for 11 years, out of fear of society, Adelina, a young trans woman, flees her Georgian village for Vienna in the hope of finally living freely. She finds a job, participates in the Miss Trans beauty pageant, and pursues her dream of becoming a dancer. Yet as Adelina begins to build a new life and reclaim her future, she is haunted by a past that refuses to let her go. Back in Georgia, her mother, left behind after supporting her child, faces estrangement and alienation from her family and community. A Song Without Home paints a layered portrait of belonging and freedom.
